Your data, kept apart and kept safe.
Your customers, prices and sales are some of the most sensitive things your company has. Here is how TranzSales looks after them. SAP stays your system of record throughout.
Each company's data is kept in its own separate database, never mixed with another company's. Every request is checked against the company it belongs to.
Owners, managers, office, reps, drivers and store customers each see only what their job needs. A store customer only ever sees their own stores.
Approvals, price changes, posted payments, logins created and settings changed are recorded with who did it and when.
All connections use HTTPS. Your SAP user's password is encrypted and stored separately for each company.
Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes, and repeated failed sign-ins lock the account or address for a while.
When TranzDigital support needs to look inside your company, it's recorded, time-limited and can be switched off by your administrator.
TranzDigital staff sign in to the platform with two-step verification.
A driver's position is shared only while their run is on the road. A rep's only during a workday they start, after a clear notice, until they end it. Only the latest point is kept, and your company can switch it off.
Where your data lives
TranzSales runs on Vercel, with company databases on Neon (PostgreSQL). E-mail is sent through Resend and phone notifications through Expo, Google Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service. Notifications only say that there is something new; the details stay in TranzSales. The full list is in our privacy policy.
Reporting a problem
If you think you've found a security issue, please e-mail sales@tranzdigital.com with the subject “Security”. We look at every report.
