Pricing questions.
Who counts as a user?
Anyone on your staff with a login: owners, managers, office and accounting, warehouse, reps and drivers. Every plan includes three; each one after that is $39.99 a month.
Do our store customers pay?
No. Store customers who order in the customer portal have their own logins, and they never count as users, however many you invite.
Why is there a setup fee?
TranzSales runs on your SAP Business One data. The one-time $550 covers connecting to your SAP, setting up the sync for your price lists, warehouses and customers, and checking the first full sync with you.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Start with what you need today, say Sales, and add the customer portal or deliveries when you're ready. Your price follows the plan you're on.
What does reading documents cost?
Purchasing import and the assistant use your own Anthropic account: you add your company's API key in Settings, and Anthropic bills you directly for what you use - typically a few cents per document. Nothing is marked up.
